The most valuable service is reflecting one's own beliefs without a desire to change them
After many years of being on a circular path of searching for satisfaction I was lucky to get hit by a perfect storm. It motivated me to go all-in and find out my own beliefs. Now I live by them and, while life can still be challenging at times, the search is over. I now combine my work as a management consultant with the occasional retreat or counseling sessions. A combination that feels very balanced to me, as I prefer to remain independent from your need for my personal assistance.
My basic position is that I have no absolute knowledge and have nothing to teach, except maybe to persuade you to investigate your own beliefs and to act upon those.
From facilitating 1:1 retreats I learned that the most logical approach to supporting others is to help them uncover their beliefs, to point out any inconsistencies and to give input for designing ways to act upon those beliefs.
It can be hard sometimes not to challenge beliefs that are different from your own, but like with many aspects of nature, imperfections often make the difference.
If you have a question or like to have my assistance in your discovery of beliefs, feel free to get in touch. Or, should you be curious about it, here's my personal Belief Map,
